All quotes, estimates, and pricing packages displayed on our website or provided verbally are subject to change based on final site inspections, material availability, and scope adjustments. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before construction commences.
Payment schedules are outlined in your specific project contract. Typically, payments are structured in milestones (e.g., deposit, mid-project, completion). Failure to remit payment according to the agreed schedule may result in a pause of work until accounts are settled.
You agree to provide timely access to the property, secure necessary HOA approvals (if applicable), and make prompt decisions regarding materials and design choices to prevent project delays. The Company is not liable for delays caused by client inaction.
Any changes to the original scope of work requested by the Client after the contract is signed must be documented in a written "Change Order." Change Orders may affect the project cost and timeline and must be approved by both parties before implementation.
Best Home Point provides craftsmanship warranties as specified in your service package. These warranties cover defects in labor. They do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by third parties or natural disasters. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and appliances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Home Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, 3D renderings, and software, is the property of Best Home Point and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Either party may terminate a project contract under conditions specified within the contract itself. In the event of termination by the Client without cause, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed and materials ordered up to the date of termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
